Mercury-free ultraviolet surface light source and Far-UVC sterilizer.

We have developed a unique plasma-based mercury-free ultraviolet surface light source and provide optimized UV light sources for various ultraviolet application fields. We will showcase a cylindrical external illumination flow sterilization module and seawater sterilization device that utilize the characteristics of bendable light sources, as well as an anti-algae device that prevents the attachment of marine organisms. Additionally, we will present the results of verification experiments on low toxicity to the human body and the performance of inactivating bacteria and viruses for the Far-UVC surface light source emitting at a wavelength of 228 nm and the spatial sterilizer, which were co-developed with Tokushima University School of Medicine.
